Description
Primer CE is an ultra low-viscosity, two-component, 100%-solids surface-consolidating epoxy primer that effectively penetrates and consolidates the surface of weak concrete or gypsum substrates. Applied in a single-coat application, Primer CE restores structural integrity to friable substrates such as weak gypsum-based underlayments or lightweight concretes before the application of underlayments, toppings or floor finishes.
