NextStep is Barlinek's hybrid introduction into the vinyl category. DLE, known as Digital Lacquer Embossed, is engineered around the DLE+ three-dimensional digital printing system. DLE+ produces a brushed real-wood structure effect across the surface of each plank, paired with SuperHD direct-print technology that delivers a minimum pattern repeat of 24 unique planks. The seven-layer construction includes a scratch- and abrasion-resistant top coat, the DLE+ embossed surface, a 20-mil wear layer rated by Barlinek for high-traffic home and business use, the SuperHD print layer, a high-density rigid mineral core, the patented i4F waterproof locking system, and an integrated 1 mm XPO underlay rated to a minimum of 400 kPa static load.
